To qualify** for the scheme you or any member of your family (living within the property) need to be in receipt of any one of the benefits listed below:

1. 1. Pension Credit
2. 2. Child Tax Credit and has a relevant income of £16,010 or less
3. 3. Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (that includes a work-related activity or support component) or Income Support, and one of the following:
   • Child tax credit which includes a disability or severe disability element
   • A disabled child premium
   • A disability premium, enhanced disability premium or severe disabilty premium
   • A pensioner premium, higher pensioner premium or enhanced pensioner premium
   • A child under the age of 19 and in full-time education (other than higher education) that lives at the property
4. 4. Working Tax Credit and has a relevant income of £16,010 or less and one of the following:
   • A child under the age of 19 and in full-time education (other than higher education) that lives at the property.
   • Is in receipt of a disabled worker element or severe disability element
   • Is aged 60 years or over
5. 5. Universal Credit and a monthly earned income of £1250 or less, in any twelve preceding assessment periods, as well as:
   • Having parental responsibility
   • Has limited capability for work
   • Receiving one of: a disability living allowance or personal independence payment.
